You can permanently delete your BetterMan account and the personal data associated with it at any time. To request deletion, email us using the details below.

In the message, include the email address you used to sign up so we can locate your account.
We confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days of your request.
Purchase and billing records
— retained where we are required to keep them by tax and financial law.
Encrypted backups
— deleted data may persist in routine backups for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently removed.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active subscription should be cancelled separately through Google Play or the App Store, as we cannot cancel store subscriptions on your behalf.
